REFUND POLICY
We fully understand there may be times when you need to return/exchange/cancel your order. Our returns and exchange policy is specifically designed to make it convenient for you. Please go through the policy thoroughly and get in touch with our customer service team for any further queries regarding the same.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be initiated only after the product couriered by you reaches us in a saleable condition
Refunds will be processed through the bank account from which the purchase order has been made, and only after deducting the relevant transaction charges.
For Credit/Debit card transactions, refunds will be processed through our secure payment gateway. These payments will be routed back and credited to the very account from which payment was made.
Refunds for payments made through Demand Draft/Cheque will be shipped through our courier partner.
If the product ordered is not in stock, the amount will be refunded to your account. Alternatively, you can choose another product of the same value. Our Customer Care team will send you an email to obtain consent and initiate the refund/exchange process. In case you have ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock, you will be able to avail a refund totalling to the cost of the products that are not available.
If the size requested by you is not available for exchange, a refund can be availed.
If the product was damaged during the shipping process, please inform our Customer Service team right at the time of delivery. It will help us to coordinate with the courier team and proceed further. In this case, the postal charges will be refunded to you along with the product value. Replacement of the damaged product is dependent on the nature of the damage and the report submitted by the courier. You can either choose to have the payment refunded to your account or you can choose another product of the same value.
STORE CREDITS
The colour of the actual product may vary slightly from one device to the other. Kindly note that this colour variation will not be considered as a valid reason for refund. Under such circumstances, you will be given store credit.
If the product received does not meet your expectations due to any unfortunate reason, you may return it within a week from the delivery date. Kindly note that the postal charges will have to be borne by you. A store credit will be processed once the product has been received and only if it is in a saleable condition.
ON CANCELLATION,
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order to avail the refund.
Payments made through PayPal and PayGlocal will attract a 5% cancellation charge on the total refund amount. Payments through other payment modes will attract a 3% cancellation charge on the total refund amount.
No cancellations are entertained for products that obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Aadi Sale, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Once shipping has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled. Alternatively, you can choose another product of the same value or you will be issued a store credit.
Cancellation, Return or Exchange of
a product is not possible if:
- The product/s does not have the price tags intact.
- The blouse piece has been detached from the saree.
- The blouse piece has been cut and stitched.
- The pico, falls or tassel stitching is included in the order and has been done.
- The order includes any customisations or special services like embroidery.
- The package delivered is used or damaged after it is opened.
- Just in case you change your mind after your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return the product in the exact same condition.
