Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be levied based on the weight of your orders and shipping distance. Free shipping for domestic deliveries of Rs.4000 or above.

Delivery Partners

Domestic deliveries are enabled by India Post and other trusted private couriers. International orders are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS and ARAMEX.

International Delivery - Customs

We ship your orders with DHL to ensure your orders are cleared through to customs and delivered to your doorstep. However, there is a possibility that you may have to pay the customs charges during delivery directly to DHL, if presented with an invoice for import duties and taxes, based on your country's laws and guidelines.

Please take note that we do not deliver Silver products to International locations, considering security and regulatory reasons.

Delivery Tracking

Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery details and tracking methods. You can also track the order in the My Account page of our website. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team for further details about your order.

Delivery Duration

Domestic deliveries are usually made within 3 business days. International shipping can take up to 7 business days. You could also opt for paid international shipping services to faster delivery. While utmost care is taken to ensure swift delivery of the order, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays arising from circumstances beyond our control.
